This is a small block of 5 flats with a beautiful communal garden that no one uses except me! There are 2 flats each on the ground and the first floors. I'm on the top floor with no one above me. There is no lift - there are about 20 steps to reach my front door I think. A brand new bathroom with a walk-in bath was completed a few weeks ago. Large kitchen with ample room for a table. Large walk-in storage cupboard with shelves in the hallway next to the kitchen. You'll have full use of the loft too, which, as you can imagine, is large! There are windows in every room. It's so quiet here and the neighbours are very respectful of each other. You'll have your own parking space, but there are also great transport links if you don't want to use your car.
