Lovely clean communal area for bikes and washing line to dry clothes. A bin shed to keep everything clean. The Views Are Lovely, And The Area Has A Great Community Feel. The Flat Has A New Kitchen And Bathroom, Two Double Bedrooms, 1 Single Room, Plenty Of Cupboard/Storage Space, And I Have Kept The Walls White Throughout, Making It Easy For Someone To Put Their Own Stamp On The Property. This Property Has Brand New Giant Beautiful secure Double Glazed Windows And Is Walking Distance To The Town Centre. Waterfall shower over bath and a great new fan so zero mould. My House Plants Love The Green House Effect This Place Has They Thrive. I Think The Flooring Could Benefit From Being Replaced, But Otherwise It Has Been A Much-Loved Family Home. I’M Hoping To Find Somewhere Quieter And More Suitable For My Family, While Giving Someone Else The Opportunity To Enjoy A Home That I Have Loved For The Past 6 Years. We regularly see porpoises in the summer from our window and see seals daily. I have caught Mackrel, cod, coal fish, baby cod and brown trout over the years fishing here I think it’s great you have that seconds from your door step. The windows are so big you get full view of the sky reflecting off of the south esk river.

The views here are honestly beautiful, and one of my favourite things about living here has been being able to fish right from my front door with my children — no permit is required. There is also a lovely little pebble beach nearby where we’ve enjoyed spending time together and having small family fire-pit evenings. It’s a really special setting for making memories with the kids.
