2 bed flat on 2nd floor, 2 lifts. New Lifts have just recently been installed & whole block has had a new lick of paint, updated balconies and walkways. Communal garden to the front with plenty off private residential parking & sheds at the back of the block. Vinyl flooring hallway/front room. Bedroom carpets need replacing. Really bright living room, decent size. I changed the radiator into one with a mirror feature. Towel heating radiator in bathroom, duel overhead shower. Square sink with mixer tap, built in cupboards underneath. Large master bedroom with built in cupboard. Smaller room still takes a double bed, chest of drawers and small wardrobe also has built in cupboard. New kitchen/bathrooms planned. Very quiet neighbours. Have to move as under use of rooms. Been here over 20 years so be sorry to leave but looking forward to a fresh start. My flat would be perfect for single mum and her child. I raised my son here into late 20’s and it’s always been a lovely block.
