Three bed house with a big garden, this can be extended further back a bit. Parking at the side of the house for up to four cars or parking on the road next to the house. Big kitchen with a pantry and a utility room with a downstairs toilet attached. We are in the process of slowly doing the house up as it’s over 100 years old. We are repainting, new flooring for the kitchen and hallway, new carpet for the landing and stairs. We have already put new carpet in the bedrooms and living room. We are due a new bathroom, windows and doors.
