Kitchen to front, living room to back with a downstairs bathroom at back also, there is no upstairs toilet, large drive way with double gates to back garden! We have the heat pump system, which we find easy to use & cheap to run! All electric, no gas! We are all non smokers & don't have any animals at the property! Please note we do not have a separate dining room!! There is no fence at the very end of the back garden as it came down with bad winds several years ago & we haven't bothered to replace it as it was all open when we moved in, so if you want an enclosed garden you will need to sort that yourself! As of 7/6/26 our rent is £472.76 per month & our council tax is £148 per month.
