Two adults relocating together and looking for a 2-bedroom council property in Greater Manchester. Accessibility is more important than property type. We need a walk-in or level-access shower, or a wet room; parking very close to the property; and suitable access with a reliable lift where required. We are open to flats and high-rises, maisonettes, bungalows and houses. We will consider Manchester, Stockport, Bury, Tameside, Wigan and other suitable Greater Manchester areas. Council tenancy only. Open to direct swaps, three-way exchanges and MultiSwap/exchange chains. We are serious about relocating but happy to wait for the right property.
