New build from 2023. Double bedroom. Communal garden with a shared shed for the bins and one for bikes. 2nd floor flat - wide, easy-to-climb stairs. Bright rooms. Large parking spaces for residents. Communal garden. PLEASE NOTE: My flat overlooks the train track from the back view (living room and bedroom windows). You can hear the trains, but you really get used to them. The double glazing blocks out a lot of the noise. The tracks are in fields, so you get a nice view.

I'm looking for a ground floor flat and somewhere that is not near busy roads as I have cats. I would consider a flat on the first floor with a balcony. If there is no balcony, it would be nice for me to have access to a green area/communial garden.
