I have a 3 bed, corner, semi detached property. Huge front and side garden and smaller back garden, we are in the process of extending the garden down the side of the house too make the back garden much bigger. We also have a drive way. Can have pets as we have 2 dogs and a cat. Will need decorating as I have been here for 10 years now and obviously tastes in decor differ and with 4 boys running around the house I've stopped trying to cover the teenie finger prints up the walls. I would cover these before leaving the property don't worry. I'm also due a new bathroom suite and new kitchen along with kitchen floor and bathroom is having new walls out in it which I imagine will all be completed by the time I swap. I'm only swapping because I have no bedroom and Neither does my youngest who is 4.

Has to accept pets, be close to schools that are good with autism and ADHD. Has to be close to drs due to my medical. Really need 5 bedrooms but will take a 4 if in the area we want. Not fussed on decor or no doors inside the house all can be fixed and replaced by us, must have a garden as we have 5 children and dogs and preferably a driveway or parking outside the house due to my partners work vehicle needing to be safe and us having 2 cars of our own.
