Hi, I have a 2bed bungalow in the quiet village of Hatfield Peverel, that is within walking distance to all local amenities, from a GP surgery to local Boots pharmacy to NHS dentist to 3 shops including a Coop store, just to name but a few. The property has a large fully enclosed back garden, accessible through either a patio door in the lounge or a wooden door at the back of the property, which is mostly grassed with nice borders & a patio area. It also has a nice size front garden with parking for 2 vehicles. It has a wet room, utility room, 1 single & 1 double bedrooms, is fully double glazed throughout & full gas central heating (a new boiler was fitted earlier this year) it also has a ramp to the front door, which has a very low threshold as do the wooden doors at the back & front of the bungalow & the back door from the kitchen. (I can get my wheelchair over them. The neighbours are all really friendly

I have a lovely 2 bedroom bungalow complete with a 2 car drive, ramp to the front door, with a handrail on one side, grab rails at the kitchen door, back door & patio door, wet room complete with grab rails & seat within the actual shower, (waitingfor adaptations to visit me regarding more adaptations) a utility room & a large fully enclosed secure back garden, in a very desirable & quiet village area. It has 1 single & 1 double bedroom both with built in cupboards (1 in single room & 2 in double room) The kitchen has plenty of storage space, as you can see from the photos, I have my dishwasher & cooker in the kitchen, my washing machine & fridge/freezer are in the utility room which is inside the property opposite the kitchen (this room has a butler sink in it that also has the connections to the tap for a hosepipe) The back garden has a large & small patio area, lots of roses & shrubs that were here when I moved in, as well as lots of grassed areas, (my health/disabilities have prevented me doing a lot with it) but has a lot of potential to it. I love this bungalow & the village in which it is located & am only looking to move from here because due to my health & disabilities getting worse, (conditions that will continue to get worse the older I get) I need to be closer to my family & larger support system that is in Colchester.
