About this home
2 bedroom ( 1 double and 1 single ) nice size living room, Bathroom although we had the bath removed and Had a shower put in due to my difficulty getting out of the bath, Live east did this for us, they have also replaced all the Radiators and the Boiler, there is a nice size garden etc, there is a small slop and 5 steps down to the bungalow. We are the end bungalow in a row of 4 bungalows so we do have some privacy, also as we are the end bungalow we do not have people walking by. we only wish to move because off my health issues and to be nearer the Hospital and our son and Daughter, South Brent is a quiet friendly village between Plymouth and Exeter and is on a bus route. Foot note we a 2 bed bungalow. Our ideal place would be Yelverton or Brixton, Not Plymouth or Sherford.
