My home is a 2 bedroom bungalow in a quiet community. The living room is big and opens onto the second bedroom so can make one big space - great for entertaining and giving a sense of spaciousness. Beautiful wooden floors throughout property (laid only 3 years ago) and new bathroom with walk in shower. House is very well insulated so energy costs are low. Private garden is fully South facing with view of distant hill. Very easy access to beach or moors. We have a shared orchard and beautiful walks on the Dartington estate. Very peaceful location, but close to Totnes. I love this house so much, but need to be nearer my family in London.
