Modern 2 bedroomed semi with 2 double bedrooms. small front garden, 2 car drive at side of the house and a medium sized back garden which backs on to a field in the village of Hixon in Staffordshire. Down stairs decent sized lounge, downstairs loo and lovely open plan kitchen diner. Huge walk in cupboard under the stairs. Upstairs we have double bedrooms and bathroom with shower over bath, Also large cupboard at top of stairs. House is laid out beautifully its light and airy with the back garden south facing so it gets the sun all day long. We have central heating and double glazing and being a modern house it is nice and warm. As I am getting older I want to return to Cornwall to be near all my family again. Originally from Penzance I would like to get down that way but am happy to consider anywhere in gods own country. If I could pick my house up and take it with me I would happily do so. Must have parking and 2 large rooms as daughter living with us.
