Now have new windows, most rooms are decent The bathroom is a bit small but has a wet room. Bedroom 2 has a double bed TV and cabinet and Chester draws in with a built-in wardrobe. The kitchen has 2 big-ish built-in cupboards in the living room is 10feet x 16feet Bed 1 is similar size to liveing room bedroom 2 i have a double bed in and some ccupboards and still plenty of room to walk round there 2 brick sheds in the back garden the back garden is about 19feet x 14feet with a gate leading to a carpark the front garden must be 25feet x 23feet there is a bus stop about 50yards away a bus every 1hour to thetford or bury st edmunds and we do have good service the pavement has been lowered in 1 place for a drive I guess but there is no drive there's a small shop 50 yards away ..May consider a 3 way swop.. a Leisure Centre within walking distance, with a massive open space around it, with some really nice walks along the river,
