Small 2 bed lovely flat lovely back n front garden including own shed and lovely neibour wanna move somewhere bigger as got 3 kids now here and getting cramped. The kids bedroom is small but legally not big enough for an adult so only can take kids up to 10 years silly rule I kno but I can’t change it. And can only exchange with another person with a child not someone on their own as would consider to many bedrooms for 1 person. We also have a back and front garden shed and an attic for storage.
