Video Available On Request. The sloping Sussex downland setting makes for differing ground levels either side of the building. There are about 10 steps down to the entrance I use. The flat and wrap-around garden are at ground-floor level. I get asked about the garden, which provides plenty of opportunity to make of it what you will. In theory it also offers laundry drying for two neighbouring homes via shared access door, which has only ever been utilised by one... that has a sweet little dog – and over the years I’ve planted it up. Excellence depends on landlord and contractors also being reliable. The landlord, Clarion Housing, shows willingness to upgrade kitchens and bathrooms here, though I like mine just fine.
