Am looking for a 1 bedroomed flat in Norwich, N1. I have a 2 bedroomed house in Beccles with front and back gardens.

This house is on the top of Rigbourne Hill. It gets the sun, rising in the East, all morning in the front bedroom and sitting room and moves round to the back, where the sun sets in the West in the evening and afternoon. The house is about 20 to 25 minutes walk into town, where there are a variety of independent shops and several restaurants and pubs and bars. One of these being The Kings Head, an old coaching inn dating back to 1600s, which is now a Whetherspoons. This house has a new boiler which runs and heats the water independently from the heating, which is very economical as you don't have to warm a whole tank of water if you just want a shower, It is currently having heating efficiency work and will over Christmas have the roof re-tiled. It is a very warm house because of it's situation and has a 30ft back garden with very large shed/summer house.
