3 bed house, 2 double bed rooms, 1 single. New carpet throughout since these photos were uploaded and rooms redecorated.Upstairs bathroom and downstairs toilet. Kitchen and dining room coming off it. Have since had under sink cupboard changed to allow for dishwasher under there and put our fridge in the kitchen instead of the dining room Living room and outside office/games room with electric. Okay size garden. Just had a large patio done. Have just moved the fence further down the driveway to allow more space on the garden for our kids but this could easily be moved back to allow 2 cars on the drive instead of 1. There is also parking outside the front of the house. Looking at returfing the garden next year/adding grass seed but priority was doing the patio this year. Happy to get rid of the decked area in garden before moving if need be. We also have permission to deck the driveway where we moved the fence to allow extra space. Kitchen is due to be redone in 2030 so only just over 3 years time. Happy to send new updated photos on request. Serious about moving and more than happy to do a multi swap.
