About this home
New build was finished last year. I am only person thats lived in it. Near the hospital and local shops, school within 5 minute walk. Good bus connections. 3 large cupboards one for washing machine. I need to be closer to my family as i am ill or need a bigger space, only took this because i was homeless, its basically a blank canvas as wasnt planning on staying here long. Ignore my stuff! Haven’t been able to clear out as no where else to go. Has dedicated parking space as shown in photo. Very quiet area and nice quiet neighbours too, only 3. Pets allowed , if you apply for sage housing permission. Open to multiple way exchanges
