A 1 bedroom bungalow with a driveway, in a small village, quiet lane, although quiet after 5pm, opposite a small village school. Front door is on side of bungalow, I installed a fence and gate, as you walk up path along side of bungalow and new fencing between my garden and neighbours garden, to give me more privacy, likewise I planted a western red cedar hedge in front of bungalow to provide privacy and to reduce noise from school. There are 2 front gardens, one in front of bungalow and one to the right of bungalow, it follows back garden. The garden is very big, it is side on to the bungalow, with the garden starting from neighbours fence line, back of bungalow sideways to bottom fence. I build a patio area in 2019 for shed, which is staying and a wildlife pond in the garden in 2020. There is wooden flooring in the hallway, bedroom and living room, the bathroom has a wet room. The reason why I am moving is because I work during the day from home, so would like a another bedroom for office and guest room and to be closer to my mum, who lives in south east London. At night and during the weekend and school holidays the village is fairly quiet.
