The wet room has a shower and a clausomat toilet and separate basin. It is fully tiled and has a small window and extractor fan. There is a second loft hatch in this bedroom, it has an attached, foldable ladder and leads to a second separate loft space. There's also a large open plan living room leading through a large archway into a very large kitchen/diner. The kitchen is fully adapted to accommodate a wheelchair. It has lowered surfaces, and induction hob and built in oven. The kitchen/diner leads to a good sized back garden with a lawn and has a fixed ramp onto a small patio area. The front of the property has a very big driveway able to accommodate 2 cars and has a fixed accessible ramp leading to the front door. There is a drop curb at the front of the property. The only requirement to take on the property, the next tenant must require a wet room facility, or one of the pre-existing adaptions, they do not need to be a wheelchair user or require any of the other adaptions.
