This is a 1st floor semi-detached flat in the lovely Golden Triangle area, off Unthank Road and not far from the city centre. No one lives above me, just one flat below who are very quiet, kind and decent. It is a really nice flat in a really nice, peaceful, popular area, I was very lucky to get it. Lots of lovely pubs and shops around. Very nice and good people around here too. I am looking to move somewhere else really nice with a garden. Not shared gardens please. Either a flat, house or bungalow as long as it has a back garden. I am thinking about somewhere either in or out of Norwich depending on what it is. Willing to multi swap. Has a really nice upgraded kitchen and bathroom. People often comment on how nice the kitchen looks plus it is a nice size too. The bathroom is lovely since it was re done, new bath, toilet and electric shower. Both the lounge and bedroom are very good sizes and there is a hallway with plenty of cupboard space. Also has a loft. Has parking both on street plus car park. The balcony is really nice and big and not shared with anyone. Has own stairs up to the front door and a shed below. Has had new nice double glazed windows upgraded, plus new gas central heating system was recently done too as well as the electrics. Pets allowed.
