We live in a rural village Our property is a large 4 bed. 3 large bedrooms which fit kingsize beds and large wardrobes and the 4th bedroom is a box room with inner wardrobe. On the landing we have a bathroom with.over shower. We have a airing cuboard and a loft. On entering the house we have a large entrance hall and understairs storage area. The frontroom is of a medium size but fits either a corner sofa and 2x2 seaters and large tv unit. Kitchen is small/medium with large dining area with plenty of room for large table and fridge freezer etc dining area is open adjacent to kitchen but could fit doors to seperate area. Via dining room you can access the seperate hallway which is accessible from front of property to rear garden. Garden at the back is medium to large and is sectioned off one area is grassed and is full of beautiful flower beds made from granite stones we dug up when we moved in. The garden has had a lot of work done and top of the garden is almost complete and is paved with patio slabs with a cherry tree in the centre. Front garden is fenced off and is medium grassed area and we are still working on this area. Looking for rural properties in Devon nr Molland. Must accept pets and have larger garden.
