2 bed Apartment/Flat in Edinburgh, EH8

My 2 bed ground floor flat is in a listed building, in an amazing part of central Edinburgh near university & many other places. There are so many great things about this flat & only want to move to be nearer to friends who can help me & have loads in Musselburgh…. But will miss the convenience of shops,transport & the beautiful meadows gardens but as I am a pensioner,I need to be where I can be helped!!! I have 2 bedrooms (both with fitted double cupboards), a huge bathroom with electric shower over bath,a good size kitchen & living room,the hallway has 2 cupboards (one has the boiler in ) but both big & loads of storage (which I must admit I will really miss!!) There are gardens out the back(don’t believe anyone uses them much) & you can apply for a parking permit for your car (I don’t drive so have never needed to) What I have is extremely sort after and in a great place for buses trains (15 minutes walk to Waverley Station or 5 minutes on the bus) so will only swap for something as nice as I have. I only want the area I have listed but am happy to do a multi swap. Please be helpful & reply to me even if you’re not interested. Many thanks
