The bathroom and toilet are separate. The living room and kitchen space are a good size with access leading out to a balcony from the living room. The property is also equipped with plenty of cupboard spacing for storage. You will also have access to a communal garden, free on street parking for the whole area and a storage shed located just outside of the property.

I am looking for a ground-floor property or accommodation with easy, step-free access that would allow me to safely enter and leave my home without having to negotiate multiple flights of stairs. I would ideally like a 3-bedroom property because I have two daughters and would benefit from the additional bedroom space. However, I am willing to consider suitable 2-bedroom properties depending on the accommodation and accessibility. I am very happy with many aspects of my current home, which is a spacious 2-bedroom property with a modernised kitchen, good-sized living room, large master bedroom, versatile second bedroom, separate bathroom and toilet, and a balcony. I am therefore hoping to find another tenant whose housing needs are better suited to my current property.
