I have a spacious and well-presented studio apartment within a beautiful Victorian house. The flat is fully carpeted throughout and has a large open-plan lounge/bedroom, easily big enough for a king-size bed. It also benefits from a separate kitchen and a separate bathroom with toilet. Large windows make the property bright, airy and welcoming. The area is fantastic, just a short walk from the beach, with a tennis court right next door. Canoe Lake is nearby, offering lovely walks and beautiful views across the Solent to the Isle of Wight. There are local shops, cafés, good transport links and plenty of green spaces, making it a wonderful place to live. I love living here, and the only reason I’m looking for a mutual exchange is that I need to work closer to my job. Preferably in Chichester.
