I live with my partner and our 2 children and am looking to move to a bigger property to allow our children more space to run around and ideally their own bedroom spaces. ‘Entitled’ to a 3 bed so looking for a larger 2 bed property/a 3 bed/or a 4 if it allows under occupancy.

Lovely spacious flat. Has a lift and all doors are wide enough to fit a wheelchair/large pushchair through. Cleaners come weekly to keep the communal areas fresh and tidy. Own private outdoor space (3 very good sized balconies-1 off master bedroom and 2 off living room) great for watching fireworks on New years or chilling out in the evening watching a sunset. As we are 3rd floor there is a nice feeling of privacy and security and can go out and leave windows/doors open without worrying. Happy to leave grass and storage sheds on the balconies and blinds etc if wanted. Allocated parking bay in the parking garage under the flats-one of the things I will miss the most as no worrying about de-icing the car, or getting soaked unloading shopping! Bedrooms are ok sized. I have a kingsize in the master bedroom and can still fit essentials like wardrobes and drawers in.

Will be sad to leave as is a great flat with amazing neighbours but children are getting older so would like more space. Ideally after a 3bed-but 2 could work if rooms are good sizes or if there is a dining room available that could be converted. Hoping for a private garden and parking. Not really looking for another flat/maisonette unless it is ground floor with its own private garden space
