I have 1 bed semi detached bungalow on the edge of the village with south facing garden with countryside views in Evercreech, Somerset. The garden has low wall, so you're not blocked from the views. There is no age restrictions in place. I have permission for up to 2 pets. The bungalow has lounge and dining room (open plan), kitchen and a wet room. 2 storage sheds attached to the house, the large storage shed has electric. All in a quiet cul-de-sac The village has sports club, co-op, bakery, chemist, dog groomers, church, GP surgery, hairdressers, pre-school and a primary school, village hall and a pub. It also has a farm vending machine for their own milk, eggs, milk flavour shots and food like pies, cheese, meat etc. There's a petting farm up the road from me. Nearest supermarkets is in Shepton Mallet which is about 10 minute drive. Am I mad in wanting a swap? Probably 😁 but I do need to move to be nearer to my daughter. What I want is a 1 or 2 beds (if allowed under occupancy). in Wincanton. I'm up for multi-swap if there's a right property comes along.
