2-bedroom House in Wakefield, WF4

I have a 2 bedroomed semi detached house in the highly sought after village of Middlestown, Wakefield.  It has a good size front garden that has been returfed this year, and a small paved area to the rear of the house. It also has a driveway and street parking at the front of the house.  There is a porch area as you enter via the back door with a storage cupboard then door through to the kitchen which is of a good size and includes a pantry under the stairs. Kitchen is due to be upgraded in 2028.    Hallway leads to the stairs, front door and also to the living room.  Living room is a good size, we have a corner sofa, large storage unit, smaller unit and also a computer desk in the corner. It has an electric fire with surround and fireplace.  Stairs lead to the landing, firstly the bathroom, which is quite narrow but consists of toilet, bath with overhead shower, sink basin and radiator.  2 x spacious double bedrooms. We also have a 3rd room. This isn't large enough to be officially classed as a bedroom, but it does currently have my sons cot bed and a small wardrobe in. Can be used as a storage room, office etc.  We also have a partially boarded loft.  *** please note *** This house requires some work. It housed an elderly couple prior to me moving in and does need quite a bit of decorating throughout. Unfortunately, I just haven't had the funds or time to dedicate to this, so PLEASE only express interest if you acknowledge and accept that decorative work is required.  Looking past the decor, this is a brilliant sized house for a 2 bed, which benefits from the additional 'box' room in a lovely village and truly very hard to come by and have huge amounts of interest. I had always seen this as my forever home and extremely reluctant to leave as I was so lucky to get this house. Giving up my home is purely due to personal circumstances.
