Needs to allow under occupancy and be in a rural non built up area. Preferably non estate and coastal. Must allow pets and have off road parking/driveway and private garden. Looking at Scotland, North Wales and North Norfolk though open to other areas - not down south - northern areas preferred. Looking to move end of 2027/2028 - though happy to look at sooner for the right property.
