we have a 2 year old ground floor housing association apartment, there are only 38 apartments in the block. We are close to an industrial estate on fishponds road off Molly Millars lane. The train station and Wokingham centre are just a 20 min walk away. We are a five min walk from the Viking field and just 2 mins from the new "Bearwood tap room" ?? Our home has 2 large double bedrooms. We have a king size bed in our and still have plenty of space. The 2nd room has a large double built in wardrobe. There are two large cupboards in the hallway. One has a couple of shelves in and the other has the electric meter in and is perfect for storing the hoover ironing board and all those bits. You could even put a tumble dryer in there. There is a built in cupboard in the lounge that houses the boiler but has more storage space, perfect for the Christmas decorations and fans. In the kitchen there is space for a washing machine, dishwasher and space for a cooker. There is a cupboard in the kitchen perfect size for a pantry. The balcony is a spacious and can fit a BBQ, plus 2 chairs and a table with space to spare. It's north facing so you get a bit of the evening sun.
