A spacious double glazed bungalow with a conservatory. 2 bedrooms, 1 double. 1 single. Property has a wet room. There is a large walk in cupboard/room in hallway as well as a large storage cupboard with Eco boiler in and still plenty of storage room. Kitchen is of good size..Has room for all appliances. Currently have Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, cooker and fridge/freezer. **There is a kitchen upgrade due to be done in near future! ** Conservatory leads off from dbl bedroom, plus another door to access garden. Living room has a door also that leads into back garden. Garden has 3 sheds, 2 are with electric. Still alot of garden space. Garden is wrap round. Garden does need attention, So will require a bit of working on. Bungalow is all electric with solar panels.15 min walk to beach. Has local shops..surgery, schools, bus routes etc. Its roughly a 45 min drive to Norwich. Searching for the right property and need to move to be closer to family for health/family reasons, if it wasn't for that I would definitely stay here as its a lovely, friendly area to live. If a house, must have toilets both levels. Need a garden with ease of access via a gate! No tight passage ways. Prefer end property but would consider a mid if right requirements. Main focus is a nice sized living room and a good sized garden (does not have to be large!)
