Hi, I am would like to move to a 2 bedroomed bungalow and if possible somewhere rural. North Yorkshire 1st choice some areas of Leeds above postcode LS19, and York areas. We do qualify for a bungalow if age over 55 a requirement but do not have any special needs currently. Also only council secure properties not housing associations. I have a three bedroomed LCC House with large garden front and back and off street parking. Large kitchen/diner, downstairs WC, hallway, living room, bathroom with bath and shower and an attached shed to side of house. House does need decorating in some rooms and the outside external is in need of painting which I have put a request in for as many on street need the same. Area lovely and close to all shops within a 10 minute walk. Park at the rear with field and great views out to the front.
