Bedrooms Both bedrooms have recently had new carpets installed. In the main bedroom, four walls have been wallpapered, though they have not yet been painted. The window wall has no wallpaper as it was intended to be a feature wall. Both bedrooms, as well as the living room, have electric thermal blinds fitted. Living Room & Hallway The hallway and living room floors have both been leveled and fitted with luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring. The living room walls have been skimmed for a smoother finish. Kitchen, Wetroom & Doors Nothing has been done to the hallway, wetroom, or kitchen, except for the flooring in the hallway. The wetroom has new flooring, a new shower, and a new toilet box. There is a pantry in the kitchen. The back door has very recently been replaced with a new door. Gardens & Property Status The front and back gardens are a work in progress, as they were left in a bad state when I moved in. Work has stalled because I cannot afford to continue at the moment. This was originally meant to be a year-and-a-half project, but plans have changed due to falling pregnant and needing a larger space. As you can see, the front garden includes a driveway as well as a gravel/stone area.
