I have a two bedroom bungalow. I have a drive (not shared) as well as a (car port). Under the car port there is a double door storage space with another single storage space near the front door. There is a front garden laid to lawn with a rockery. Gardeners come round every two weeks and mow the lawn (free of charge). The bungalow consists of: Hallway, 2 good size bedrooms, a fully fitted new bathroom which was installed approx. a year ago. It has a full size bath / shower over the bath, toilet and handbasin and a rear shelf to the back of the bathroom for bathroom items. A new extractor fan was installed and the bathroom was fully re-tiled. There was a shower rail fitted and new light fitting and was had the flooring completely replaced and a new toilet put in. There is a good sized kitchen fully fitted with wall cupboards and base units and plenty of work top space. There is a strip light and extractor fan fitted. I have (Electric Cooking) and (Gas) central heating with radiators to all rooms including the bathroom. The bungalow is fully double-glazed with large windows to all rooms/kitchen etc. I have had vertical blinds fitted to the living room windows and also in the kitchen. There is a back door leading out onto the garden which is of a good size. Paving Slabs, raised flower beds and total privacy by a high fence all around the garden. (There is no shed). I have a side gate that is not shared. There is a disabled ramp from the back door to the garden which is totally private. The living room is at the (rear of the bungalow) so it is nice and peaceful overlooking the garden. There is one large radiator in the living room with power point and plenty of sockets in all rooms in the bungalow. Excellent Internet and phone connections. There is a cupboard in the hallway and also the linen cupboard which also houses the gas boiler.
