- Rothwell, Leeds - quiet area - 3 minutes walk to Rothwell Town Centre with pretty much all the amenities u can think of, grocery store, pharmacy, GP, library, etc - 30 minutes bus to Leeds City Centre - 1 big bedroom and 1 small bedroom - 1 bathroom - decently sized lounge - adapted (grab rails, shower board and ramp*) - has its own street facing front door - communal garden (property has its own section) - pets require permission but landlord seems to be lenient / plenty of neighbours have pets - no age restriction - parking - double glazing and central heating - assured lifetime tenancy with Together Housing * Ramp is backdoor only and there's still a threshold on the door unfortunately Photos taken recently, except for bedroom 2, as it's very cluttered rn, it was taken on April 2025 when I first moved in.

What I'm looking for: - no age restriction to over 55s - lifetime tenancy (secure or assured or whatever, as long as it isn't a set number of years) - somewhere in Greater Manchester, preferably an area with a masjid nearby and with good connections to Manchester City Centre (will consider any area tho) - 1 or 2 bed (2 bed preferred) - ground floor or well maintained lift if not ground floor - preferably near a bus and/or tram stop - preferably single-storey (like flat, bungalow, etc) - preferably wheelchair accessible or adapted, but these are rare so not a requirement at all - garden and pets allowed would be nice, but I'm fine living in a place without either I am moving mostly for area, I want to move back to Manchester. I want to aim for actually doing the move around early 2027.
