It’s a semi detached house at the end of a cul de sac. Front and back door, own driveway, small front garden medium back garden, all fenced in with Gate at the back of the house. It has 2 double bedrooms upstairs with built in wardrobes. Bathroom upstairs with bath and shower in bath. Living room downstairs and small kitchen and a wc . It is gas heating and everything else is electric. In the kitchen you have a choice of using an electric cooker or a gas cooker, I have always used an electric one. Double glazing. The house was built in 2013 and we moved in once it was completed December 2013. There is a restriction on how many pets allowed in your home it’s usually only 1 pet allowed but can ask for permission if you have more than one pet.
