Hi, I’m Kaysha. I’m a student nurse looking to move from Forfar to Dundee to be closer to university and my placements. I’m a respectful and responsible tenant, and I take good care of my home. I’m ideally looking for a comfortable 1/2 bedroom property in Dundee.

Spacious two-bedroom, one-bathroom fourth-floor council flat located in Forfar. The property has a comfortable living room, kitchen, dining area, two good-sized bedrooms and a bathroom. It would be suitable for a couple, small family or someone needing an additional bedroom. The changes that have been made since I moved in back in January 2025 include a smart meter being installed, along with some stick-down tiles in the kitchen and some changes to the wallpaper in the bedrooms. Some of the window frames have been painted white, per my preference, in the bathroom, dining room, and living room. The only issue with the flat is that the carpet is a little ripped up at the living room and kitchen door from my cat clawing at it; other than that, all is well (see photo)
