I have a 2 bed 2nd floor flat, very large flat, both bedrooms can fit a double bed and more. A large living room, and kitchen and dining room. There’s a shared large garden which has clothes rails for summer. There’s a shop less then a 2 minute walk, and all local shops under 15 minute walk, this includes large Tesco, hair dressers, take aways. But loads of options for delivery too. Also a kids park not far away either. Water bill is included in rent (£659), and council tax is band A Car parking behind the home and in front. The home does need a little bit of work like walls and carpets which I was planning on doing myself. I’m looking for a 3 bed house, Happy to consider anywhere. I don’t mind condition of property as-long as fixable. Preferably to have a garden for my children 🤍 Very nice area all together.
