I have a lovely 2 bedroom terrace house in a quiet location in bungay suffolk.2 decent sized bedrooms fair sized kitchen and good sized lounge and bathroom .Recently had a shower fitted and new windows and doors fitted December 2025 .Front garden is a good size and the back garden is a good size with a chain link fence . Decorated in natural colours and has carpet upstairs in bedrooms landing and stairs which has very thick underlay aswell carpet is 3 years old and is extremly hard wearing to .lounge hallway and bathroom has vinyl flooring which was also very laid 3 years old and extremly hard wearing and very east to keep clean to the house is set back from the road opposite a children's play area and access to local gp surgery coop vets and town centre there is also communal parking ad garden close is a cul de sac

What Donna is hoping to move to.
I would like a property in beccles within walking distance to town centre and close to shops and public transport I would like a 2 bedroom property simular to mine but it must have a fully enclosed garden with wooden fencing because of my little pooch also the rent amount that I have stated is the weekly amount aswell the property should also have a shower over the bath as my son has epilepsy and this is a must aswell
