Well kept 2 bed flat. Large double bedroom and single bedroom. Kitchen, bathroom, hallway. 3 storage cupboards in hallway. Communal garden and residents parking. 2nd floor but stairs are not steep. My landlord is Midland Heart and they will not allow a single person to move to my 2 bed property unless they have children or a carer. I would like to move to a 2 bedroomed place if the landlord allows a single person to have 2 bedrooms. Some landlords allow but some don't. If yours does and you're interested in mine get in touch. I am also interested in large 1 bedroomed place.
