The other private Houses ranged from £850k to £1.5m We also have a really nice lawned and seating area in the Cul-De-Sac. We all have our own parking spaces outside our properties and all the properties have an Electric Charger outside the front of the Houses. Bus stop is literally 4 minutes away. The Town is 25 minutes by foot or 10 minutes in the Car. Plenty of Schooling within the area, and Countryside all around us, and plenty of walks.
