This bungalow is a one bedroom semi detached with front/side/back garden. I'm still doing things to improve the bungalow and gardens. I put new fencing up to make it all 2m about 18 months ago. The village itself is amazing. I have great neighbours. Junction 12 of the M1 is very local, yet incredibly peaceful here. The train station with direct trains, into London and the north, is 3 minutes in the car with parking and isn’t noisy here being as it’s close to the station. Everywhere I go is easily accessible, yet it's so quiet. I will have this place professionally cleaned before any new tenants move in as I think it's common courtesy for me to do that. There was no floor covering when I got here and I’ve put Laminate flooring throughout apart from the kitchen and wet room. The wet room floor was replaced less than a year ago. This place is warm in the winter and in the summer you just open the windows and back door and a nice breeze comes through. There are nice walks locally and also Stables, farms, Village pubs, shop, cafe and a Church. It’s very safe here and there is a lot of lovely community spirit There is also a local GP surgery. If I could bring my family here, I would but they want me to move to where they’re living. South-west Coast areas and East-Coast areas would be amazing for me.
