This bungalow is a one bedroom semi detached with front/side/back garden. I put new fencing up to make it all 2 m about 18 months ago. The village itself is amazing. I have great neighbours. Junction 12 of the M1 is very local, yet very peaceful here. The train station with direct trains into London and the north is three minutes in the car with parking and isn’t noisy here being as it’s close to the station. There was no floor covering when I got here and I’ve put Laminate flooring throughout apart from the kitchen and wet room. The wet room was replaced less than a year ago. This place is warm in the winter and in the summer you just open the windows and back door and a nice breeze comes through. There are nice walks locally and also Stables, farms, Village pubs, shop, cafe and a Church. It’s very safe here and there is a lot of lovely community spirit There is also a local doctor surgery. If I could bring my family here, I would but they want me to move to where they’re living. South-west Coast areas and East Coast areas would be amazing for me.
