We have a beautiful old 2 bedroom bungalow. Face fronting there is two doors to enter the property. The one on the left is the main door currently being used, when you enter you come into the old coal room which has been converted into a utility room where we store our fridge. This is also where you can enter the very large private back garden, as you leave the back door into the garden, straight in front, is a tall trellis with wisteria growing, following the path round you come to a patio area which the wisteria has made its way to forming a handmade arch. The rest is the garden is long and very wide, to the right there is a new fence been put up, which as increased more garden space. To the left is high hedges and a small hidden fence. To the back of the property we have a large shed for toys and bikes and a tall gate which is locked, but there is access to the footpath from the rear of the garden. Lovely peaceful garden plenty of birds to hear and see. Going back inside the bungalow, as you enter into the utility room there is one door that leads you to the kitchen. The kitchen window is facing out to the road. We have been told that a need kitchen will be installed March 2027 Leaving the kitchen you come to a hall way to the right is the second door to enter the property. Personally we don’t use this and have a unit in front of it. Leaving the kitchen and to the left is the living room (lounge) It’s a very spacious area, we also have our dining table in her too and a corner sofa and there is still plenty of room, looking out the windows of the living room you can see the beautiful garden. Leaving the living room going left is the master bedroom this is a very large spacious bedroom with a small built in cupboard for clothes. Garden is seen from the large windows of the bedroom. Leave the master room to the left is the smaller room which is currently my daughter room. That room also has a built in cupboard. The room looks out to the road at the front of the property, to maximise the space, a loft bed with a desk underneath and there is still plenty of room. Going into the bathroom it’s a small bath/shower room. We have been told in March 2027 that the bathroom is also being redone and decorated. Next year. All so the whole property has been listed down and approved for new doors and windows to be fitted in 2027. Out the front on the property we have a drive that two cars can fit onto it, or one van and one car. Which still leaves a lovely space for chilling.
