This is a ground floor Flat in Scholes it also has it’s own secured garden so it’s a safe environment for children or for pets to play safely outside in the warmer months. When you first enter the property it’s a nice hallway then you enter the front living room is quite large with a lot of light coming in with the 2 large windows, making the home feel light and pleasant and then when you come out of the living room that’s the first bedroom the bedroom is quite spacious itself makes for an excellent kids room and we come down there where there’s a second bedroom to right that’s a little bit of a smaller room but still you can fit in a king size bed could do some updating and then the kitchen and the bathroom itself. They do need updating but it’s a I’m still waiting from the Kirklees Council too come in to do repairs and have a look and then once that’s done will be uploading image’s it’s all around just a nice cozy Flat with a secure garden nestled into the rural backdrop of Scholes.
