The property has two good-sized double bedrooms, with one overlooking the front of the house and the other overlooking the back garden. The house is arranged over two floors, with both bedrooms and the main family bathroom upstairs. Downstairs there is a separate toilet, which is really convenient for guests. The property benefits from a private back garden, central heating, double glazing, pets allowed, and 2 allocated off-street parking spaces that come with the property. Another lovely benefit is that Hightown Housing arranges gardeners to maintain the front and side garden areas. There is no separate payment for this, as the service charge is already included within the monthly rent. WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR I’m currently just looking around and exploring my options, so I’m not rushing to move. I would only proceed if I found a home and area that genuinely suited us. I’m looking to move to South London, preferably: Bromley Streatham Clapham Other suitable surrounding South London areas considered I’m specifically looking for a whole house, preferably another 2-bedroom house or larger. I’m not looking for a flat, maisonette, high-rise property or part of a converted house. I’d love somewhere with a friendly, diverse and multicultural community, good public transport links, good schools, supermarkets and food shops nearby, and plenty of activities and things to do for children. I’m looking for a home that is clean, well maintained and looked after, without lots of work needing to be done. A damp and mould-free property is extremely important to me. If I became seriously interested in a swap, I would arrange for an independent surveyor to inspect the property before making my final decision. I completely understand that everyone has different needs when looking for a swap, so please don’t be offended if your property isn't quite what I’m looking for. Likewise, I understand my home won't suit everybody.
