Our bungalow has one double bedroom with a built in wardrobe and one slightly smaller bedroom, both at the rear of the property. There is a hallway between the back door and the lounge. The bathroom is off this hallway and is a wet room with a shower, toilet and sink. (The floor is due to be replaced in the next few weeks). The lounge is medium-sized and has a large floor to ceiling window which looks out to the communal grass area and car parking. All the exterior doors and windows are due to be replaced in the next few months. There is a small hallway between the front door and the lounge which has the electric consumer panel and shelves. It also has coat hooks and a shoe rack. Also off the lounge is the kitchen which has a large pantry cupboard, room for a fridge freezer, washing machine and electric cooker. ( No gas). The kitchen has loads of cupboards and a non slip lino floor. There is a small stoned garden in front of the kitchen window a shown on the photo and a medium sized garden at the rear. There is a side gate for access between the front and the back garden and the garden has two sheds. The largest shed has an electric supply. There is also a gate that gives you direct access to a footpath at the rear that can be used as vehicle access to the rear, but is mainly used for access to the wooded area at the rear. The back garden is a blank canvas crying out for some landscaping ideas. (We were going to get a pergola and make it a party zone for entertaining the family). The bungalow is situated at the end of a quiet close and is really peaceful.
