Reluctant move from Portobello, only moving because I need some personal outside space, not communal as we have here. We have a two bed, newish-build, ground floor flat in Portobello, Baileyfield Crescent, with outside parking. Beach, parks and Aldi/Main Street all within a few minutes walking distance. This is a Places for People housing association property, and we are only looking for secure tenancy type, in either council or housing association, but not mid-market. The bedrooms are both doubles, which can fit king size beds easily, living room can easily fit two three-seat sofas, and is open-plan with kitchen/diner. 2 storage cupboards in hall, one bike shed and one bin shed outside, and both bedrooms have built in wardrobes, and space for drawers. Bathroom is shower over bath, and is less than a year old. Flooring is laminate throughout, with the exception of carpets in the bedrooms, which was done when we moved, only a couple of years old. Decorated all white, could do with a freshen up but is a blank canvas.
