Hi! I've got a 1 bed GFF in Warrington. Looking for Colwyn Bay OR Lancaster. Mine has own front door, allocated parking & direct access to garden which is semi-private. It's privacy can be enhanced but the area outside my flat is only used by me anyway

GFF in quiet area. Lots of walks, canals & cycle routes on doorstep almost. Allocated parking space, own front door, access to semi-private garden at back through the lounge. I mostly use it to hang my laundry and fantasise about being a gardener! Inside the flat is not huge but bigger than my last flat. It's more than adequate for a single person or couple without children. There's just 4 flats in the block which looks like a pair of semidetached houses. It's pleasant area but I'm looking to be closer to family in either Colwyn Bay or Lancaster area. Or Liverpool
