2 or 3 bedroom within 7 miles of Walthamstow / Tottenham Hale station. Preferably with own garden but not a deal breaker. A communal garden with a part I can use will be acceptable. I will accept a balcony if it's not ground floor. Prefer ground floor as it is what I currently have. Own. No higher than 1st floor please. No high rents like £300 a week for a 2 bedroom flat with no garden! It is too expensive! under £250 a week is reasonable, no more than that for social housing. Thank you!
