I have a large 1 bedroom ground floor flat in Harlow Essex. This is a council property with right to buy. I have great links to London and am only a 10 min drive to Epping which is the central line. I have multiple bus stops only 3/4 minute walk. Train station and bus station in town only 25 minute walk or you can get the bus. Great taxi services too.
